Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, scattered, or just know something needs to shift—coaching could be a meaningful step for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin. Clarity often comes through the process of working together.

What kind of coaching do you offer?

I offer personal development coaching that is focused on clarity, growth, and aligned living. Wherever you are at on your journey, if you are ready for change—or even just considering it—our sessions are designed to help you clear your mental clutter and reconnect with your inner compass.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Typically, coaching deals with more of a future-focused perspective, can work more quickly, and is action-oriented. We will likely reflect on your past and use some information from it, but our work will center on where you are now and where you want to go. Coaching will not replace therapy or mental health treatment, but the two can work well together.

What can I expect from a session?

Each session is a conversation grounded in curiosity, intention, and care. We might clarify goals, identify patterns, shift perspectives, build plans for next steps, deepen your self-awareness—but most importantly, my goal is to help you feel more connected to your truth.

Do you offer packages or only single sessions?

Both, actually! Many clients prefer to start out with multiple-session packages to build momentum, dive deeper, and develop stronger habits. You can see all options available on the Products page.

Is everything we talk about confidential?

Absolutely! Your privacy is one of my main concerns. I won’t share anything we discuss unless required by law or if there is a risk of harm. A complete explanation is outlined in our agreement.
